January Employee Spotlight

Say hello to our first employee spotlight of 2024: Jillianne!

Jillianne joined our team nearly five and a half years ago as a Patient Care Specialist and has expanded her knowledge in nearly every department of our office since then. As a matter of fact, Jillianne was one of the first of our team members to become a Certified Paraoptometric – an impressive distinction that shows her dedication to providing excellent patient care.

She is an amazing asset to the Spectrum Optical team! Though, as you can imagine, “good” is never “good enough” for her – Jillianne isn’t fulfilled unless she is learning something new. That’s why, outside of the office, Jillianne is building her reputation as a residential real estate agent. She also enjoys spending time with her lovable cats, Louie and Jasper!

Jillianne is an exceptionally quick learner who never fails to put a smile on the faces of her coworkers and patients. No matter the problem, she always finds a solution.

We love Jillianne’s positive attitude and endless supply of kindness. Her thirst for knowledge has led to her becoming a multi-talented, greatly appreciated member of the Spectrum Optical team.
