REDUCED HOURS in Response to COVID-19
We recently released several statements describing what we are doing to address the COVID-19 pandemic that has affected our community.
After careful consideration and much deliberation, we have decided that it is in the best interest of our staff, patients, and community to temporarily stop seeing patients for routine vision exams. We are temporarily reducing our hours of operation to 9a to 4p. One doctor will be on staff until further notice to address emergency/urgent eye conditions only. Again, we will NOT be seeing patients for routine exams at this time.
Please know that though this decision was difficult and costly, we feel it is the right decision to protect our patients and staff.
We are able to ship glasses and contact lens orders to your home if you are practicing social distancing or general quarantine. Year supply orders of contacts ship for free- Smaller quantities can be shipped for a small shipping fee.
We are also offering a carside service for those individuals who do not wish to enter the reception area of our office during the current Pandemic. Either text or call our office with your needs upon arrival, and a staff member will be dispatched as soon as possible. Please understand that there may be a short wait as we are operating with a significantly reduced staff. Also note that we cannot dispense materials which have not been completely paid for.
To pay a balance, you can call our office, pay on our website, or request a link to be texted to you where you can pay with a debit card, Apple Pay, etc.
Thank you for your patience and support as we all figure this out together!
